Flexible ways to receive practical support, accountability,
Choose the Level of Support That Fits Your Needs
Different people need different kinds of support. Some people thrive with individualized coaching and personalized problem-solving. Others benefit from learning alongside people working toward similar goals and navigating many of the same challenges.
Insights Coaching is designed primarily as a weekly coaching program, especially during the initial habit-building phase. Weekly sessions provide the consistency, accountability, and troubleshooting that help new habits take root.
There is no single best format. The right choice depends on your goals, privacy preferences, desired level of access, comfort with shared learning, and financial resources.
Dyad Coaching
Personalized support with shared accountability
Investment: $170 per participant, per session
Dyad coaching combines individualized attention with the encouragement, accountability, and shared learning that come from working alongside one other participant.
Participants learn not only from their own challenges and successes, but also from their coaching partner’s experiences and problem-solving.
For many people, dyad coaching offers a strong balance of personalization, connection, accountability, and cost.
Includes:
- Weekly coaching sessions
- Two participants
- Brief weekday email check ins
Your place in weekly coaching is reserved on an ongoing basis, and scheduled sessions are charged whether or not you attend. New participants are asked to begin with the intention of completing an initial three-month Foundation Period. If you decide coaching is not the right fit, you may end participation by email, with coaching concluding at the end of the current paid month.
Do I Need to Bring a Coaching Partner?
No.
Some people join with a friend, spouse, family member, or colleague. Others join independently.
When no partner is already identified, options may include waiting for a compatible participant, being paired when an appropriate match becomes available, or choosing group or individual coaching instead.
Matching cannot be guaranteed, and fit matters more than filling an opening quickly.
What Happens if My Coaching Partner Leaves?
We will discuss the available options together. These may include joining another dyad, moving into group coaching, transitioning to individual coaching, or choosing another arrangement that supports continuity.
Individual Coaching
Private, highly personalized support with additional access
Investment: $335 per session
Individual coaching is tailored to your specific goals, habits, circumstances, and patterns.
It may be especially helpful for people who value privacy, feel hesitant discussing personal struggles in front of others, or need more time and space to talk openly about vulnerable patterns. It can also be a strong fit for those who prefer highly individualized problem-solving and a level of support that can be adjusted closely to their needs.
Together, we identify obstacles, develop practical strategies, examine unhelpful thinking, and create systems that make follow-through more likely.
Brief weekday accountability emails provide additional support between sessions.
Includes:
- Weekly individual coaching sessions
- Daily accountability emails
Your place in weekly coaching is reserved on an ongoing basis, and scheduled sessions are charged whether or not you attend. Group Coaching
Group coaching offers an opportunity to learn and practice alongside others who are working toward similar goals.
Sessions include practical skills, accountability, troubleshooting, and shared problem-solving. Hearing how others navigate cravings, setbacks, vacations, celebrations, stress, and ordinary difficult weeks can help participants develop new perspectives and practical solutions.
Groups are intentionally small to support meaningful participation and individualized attention.

Why Weekly Coaching?
A great deal can happen in one week. Old habits can return. Motivation can fade. Stress, illness, travel, celebrations, and unexpected events can disrupt even thoughtful plans.
Weekly coaching creates a reliable rhythm for reviewing what happened, solving problems early, and planning for the week ahead.
The goal is not to create long-term dependence on coaching.
The goal is to help supportive patterns become increasingly established and sustainable.
Initial Foundation Period
New participants enter coaching with the intention of completing an initial three-month Foundation Period.
This allows enough time to learn the framework, establish routines, practice new skills, and begin working through the challenges that emerge during real-life implementation.
Coaching is not intended as a quick fix. Meaningful change usually requires enough time to move beyond initial enthusiasm and practice through ordinary disruptions.
Maintenance and Ongoing Support
Weekly coaching does not need to continue indefinitely.
As habits become more established and confidence grows, some participants transition into a maintenance phase.
Options may include:
- Monthly maintenance coaching
- Occasional coaching sessions, when appropriate
Availability, eligibility, and fees for maintenance services can be discussed as you approach that phase.
Finding the Right Fit
The most expensive format is not automatically the best one.
The most useful format is the one that provides the level of support, accountability, privacy, structure, and connection most likely to help you follow through.
We will discuss the available options during your consultation.
Begin With a Consultation
The first step is a complimentary consultation.
We will discuss what you hope to change, the level of support you are looking for, and whether group, dyad, or individual coaching may be the best fit for your needs.
The consultation is also an opportunity to ask questions about coaching formats, fees, scheduling, and the initial three-month Foundation Period before deciding whether Insights Coaching feels right for you.
