Insights Minneapolis

Depth-oriented, relational therapy for individuals and couples seeking clarity,
steadiness, and meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

Start with a consultation

You may be functioning well on the outside—and still feel unsettled inside.

Many of the people we work with are capable, reflective, and high-functioning. Yet in their relationships—or internally—something doesn’t feel resolved. Conflict repeats. Distance grows. Coping strategies that once helped no longer feel sustainable.

Often, the problem isn’t a lack of effort or insight. It’s that the emotional patterns shaping your experiences haven’t yet been fully understood.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of these patterns, and approach change with depth rather than urgency.

Thoughtful, relational work that honors complexity.

Our approach is depth-oriented, relational, and emotionally attuned. We draw from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and contemporary relational models to understand how past experiences, internal defenses, and relational dynamics continue to shape the present. We slow down and stay with what emerges emotionally and relationally, allowing patterns to become clearer as they unfold.

Space is created for insight to deepen and for change to take shape in ways that feel authentic and embodied. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, we work toward deeper clarity—so change feels grounded, sustainable, and aligned with who you are becoming.

This work is collaborative, paced, and attentive to emotional nuance.
