Love languages are the ways in which we each communicate and show love.
We often give love the way we hope to receive it, which can actually lead to frustration in relationships!

You and your partner will identify how you can communicate in ways which will help in the following areas:
- emotional distance, lack of support
- conflict, hurt & disagreement
- criticism & not feeling heard
